For the second year running, Olivah has designed the StonebyPORTUGAL trophy, created by Assimagra as a symbol of Portugal's diversity and geological depth.

The first edition was developed in 2023, consolidating an ongoing partnership around the celebration of natural stone design. Inspired by the sample of testimony, this edition's trophy was produced with stones from the Broot Dialogues project, also in partnership with Assimagra.

It brings together basalt from the Azores, marble from Alentejo, schist from the North, limestone from the Center, and granite from Serra da Estrela, representing the richness and layers of Portuguese geology.

An object that conveys the memory of the land and the identity of our territory.

At the StonebyPORTUGAL 2025 Gala, promoted by Assimagra at the Palácio da Bolsa in Porto, the Stools collection, part of Studio Olivah's Lugares collection, received the Product Design Award.

The award recognizes innovation, conscious design, and commitment to sustainability in Portuguese natural stone.

The independent jury, formed by Hélder Nascimento, Jorge Mealha, and Fernando Brizio, evaluated the applications with rigor and a multidisciplinary vision, reinforcing the value of this recognition for the sector.

We use fragments recovered from other projects, reaffirming our commitment to the conscious transformation of raw materials.

At the new Fashion Clinic store in Comporta, luxury and sustainability go hand in hand.

Inspired by the customer's vision, we created rustic stone displays that transform forgotten materials into a backdrop for the new.

With careful curation, each piece was adapted to the unique character of the block, revealing the value of what many would discard.

With irregular shapes and natural finishes, the displays are designed to enhance what they hold, allowing the objects on display to be the real stars of the show.

At Olivah, the process begins where others stop. We seek out forgotten fragments, remnants of previous cuts, pieces that carry history in their faces and irregular edges. Each stone found is a starting point, a dialogue between what once was and what still can be.

In the cosmetics area of Fashion Clinic, a sink with clean lines and precise geometry invites you to pause.Sculpted from reused stone, it was designed with the same careful curation that values the unique character of each material, transforming simplicity into presence. Integrated into the space with lightness, it creates harmony with the furniture and architecture, an element of serenity where functionality and care meet.

No machine can replace the eyes and hands of those who master the material.
